Plus, if all requirements are met, this position is eligible for incentives, including 10% of upsells and 10% of all volume over 11k, as well as bonus opportunities at a 70/30 split! QUALIFICATIONS
• 2 or more years of construction experience
• Experience in construction management or leadership
• Willing to travel up to 2-4 hours away to jobs
• A valid driver's license
• A working cell phone
• Customer service skills
• Able to sell and upsell projects to customers
• Able to manage up to 3 people on a crew
