Job Description
Bank of America is seeking a Financial Solutions Specialist in Santa Fe, NM, to work with high-net-worth clients on investment goals. Responsibilities include relationship building, leveraging technology for growth, and preparing investment recommendations. Candidates must hold Series 7 & 66 licenses, have at least two years of experience in financial services, and possess strong communication and relationship management skills. This is a full-time position.

Your Role:

• You will work with high-net worth clients to identify their needs, develop relationships, review investment goals, and prepare investment recommendations that align with their goals.
• Key responsibilities include leveraging technology to achieve business growth goals, profiling activities to determine a client's investor profile and financial resource objectives, building a sustainable book of business, and providing opportunities for advisors to pursue a career within the bank.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
">
• You must currently hold Series 7 & 66 (63 & 65 in lieu of 66) licenses.
• You should have two years' experience working in the financial service industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
• You should have a minimum of one year experience in the investments industry, including investment training and in-depth knowledge of investment products and services.
• You are a self-starter who efficiently manages time and capacity.
• You set and accomplish goals, achieving whatever you put your mind to.
• You build and nurture strong relationships.
• You collaborate effectively with others to get things done.
• You communicate effectively and confidently and are comfortable engaging all clients.
• You manage goals, navigate complexity, prioritize tasks, and execute in a fast-paced environment.
• You like to learn, adapt to new information, and seek the right solutions for clients.
• You are thorough and thoughtful in incorporating relevant regulatory due diligence into daily activities and long-term strategies for clients.
