Are you ready for an exciting new challenge that offers unlimited opportunities for growth and success We&aposre looking for a talented Financial Risk Intelligence and Analytics Manager to join our team within the Global Risk Intelligence and Technology (GRIT) function. This role is all about driving innovation and efficiency in our Financial Risk Management (FRM) operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Dive into Middle Office Operations and Performance Analysis to deliver impactful insights.
• Prepare essential reports for our Chief Risk Officer and executive teams, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery.
• Lead the charge on automating our reporting processes, making everything smoother and faster.
• Collaborate on cutting-edge projects involving machine learning and large language models.
• Work closely with our Risk and Technology Tooling team to manage data processes and create insightful dashboards.
• Spot opportunities for efficiency in our reporting frameworks and help us streamline our operations.
Qualifications
• A solid background of at least five (5) to eight (8) years in financial services and risk management.
• Experience in Power BI, Power Platform, and big data tools like Azure and Databricks being a plus.
• Experience in Archer - has experience in basic configuration and automation of data ingestion process
• A knack for turning data into beautiful, user-friendly dashboards that tell a story.
• Expertise in statistical tools like Python, SAS, or R.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects with ease.
• A collaborative spirit, ready to build relationships and tackle challenges head-on.
• Quick learning abilities and a comfort with adapting to changing workflows.
