Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to join our Regional Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities to help drive business performance and strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analyses and management presentations.
• Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by collecting data, updating models, and performing trend analyses.
• Analyze financial results and key performance indicators to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with business units to gather financial data and understand operational drivers.
• Help maintain and improve FP&A tools, templates, and databases for accurate and efficient reporting.
• Participate in ad hoc financial analysis and projects as assigned by senior team members.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all financial analysis and reporting.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a related finance role (internships included).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Powerpoint and preferably Power BI)
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
