FP&A Analyst

Enlight Renewable Energy is a leading publicly traded Israeli company, active both in Israel and globally. We specialize in the initiation, development, construction, and operation of renewable energy projects. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to join our Corporate Finance department. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the renewable energy sector, with a focus on corporate and project finance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct financial analyses and develop forecasts at the corporate level
• Assist in the preparation of the company’s annual budget and cash flow management
• Analyze economic and financial models for the company’s projects
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Prepare investor presentations and presentations for senior management and the Board of Directors
• Support equity and debt fundraising processes in the capital markets
• Assist with investor relations activities and communication with capital markets analysts

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, or Business Administration – required
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in consulting, financial departments, or capital markets – strong advantage
• Previous experience in project finance and corporate finance – strong advantage
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint – required
• High-level English (spoken, written, and reading) – required
• Strong motivation, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and under pressure
