An Investment Banking Client is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Financial Analyst to support Client Tax Reporting in the Wealth Management Operations division, specifically focusing on Stock Plan and Retirements through a proprietary platform. This role primarily supports U.S. tax reporting functions, including 1099 and 1042-S filings, data validation, and IRS/state reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Validate and submit tax forms (1099/1042-S)
• Perform reconciliations and ensure data accuracy
• Support tax filings for global employee share plans (initial U.S. focus)
• Maintain Excel reports and documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors
• Assist in audits, amendments, and procedural updates
