Description:

The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of the finance department, including revenue cycle, credit control, risk management, inventory control, reporting, credit management, customer master management, audit requirements, and team management. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent, knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems, experience in small team management, and at least 10 years of relevant experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Revenue Cycle: Oversee revenue recognition, invoicing, collection, and accounts receivable control.
• Credit Control: Monitor credit and bankruptcy risk, trade insurance, and factoring.
• Inventory Control: Manage inventory valuation, minimize inventory, and conduct physical stock takes.
• Reporting: Generate accounts receivable reports, inventory reports, sales and profitability reports, sales team personal appraisal reports, credit management reports, and other operational reports.
• Customer Master Management: Maintain customer master data and manage related documents.
• Audit Requirements: Coordinate with internal and external auditors and ensure compliance with audit requirements.
• Document Operation Manual: Develop and implement operational procedures and automate processes.
• Team Management: Lead and manage a small finance team.

Qualifications and Experiences:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Proficient in SAP or other ERP systems.
• Experience in small team management.
• At least 10 years of experience in relevant finance roles.
