Over its lifetime, SWMHP has been a change-agent: developing, financing, or rehabilitating nearly 7,200 housing units, bringing over $450,000,000 of investment into the service area, facilitating home buyer education and counseling to over 5,400 households, and repairing over 300 downtown businesses and community buildings.
