Our Loss Mitigation Officer role works with our clients to assist and help resolve the impact of financial hardship, assessing requests for assistance and providing solutions to ensure the best outcome for our clients. You will be responsible for:
• Managing a portfolio of client accounts
• Creating tailored solutions for clients experiencing financial hardship
• Developing a positive rapport with clients by being empathetic, conscientious and responsible
• Providing exceptional customer service

• The ability to communicate clearly and confidently on the phone
• A natural empathy with clients and ability to deal with sensitive circumstances
• Accountability to manage your own work
• Dedicated, responsible and conscientious
