Seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on high-power EV charging systems. This role combines hands-on technical work with customer interaction and requires extensive travel.

Key Responsibilities
• Execute diagnostic, maintenance, and repair work on charging systems
• Perform commissioning and periodic maintenance interventions
• Work independently and collaboratively to maximize repair efficiency
• Document repairs thoroughly and consistently
• Provide feedback to remote service and development teams
• Coordinate service interventions within the assigned territory
Requirements
• 2+ years of support role in the EV charging industry or related fields, such as solar, battery energy storage systems, etc.
• Experience as an electrician in the low-voltage range (up to 1,000V)
• Technical certification or experience in electrical engineering
• Basic software and diagnostic skills
• Full stack IT infrastructure knowledge (hardware, software, network, telecommunications)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Windows, Excel, Word)
• Strong customer service orientation
• Professional communication abilities
• Experience working under time pressure
• Ability to manage urgent customer escalations
• Ability to lift 75 lbs (components and units)
• Capable of repeated ladder climbing
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods
• Valid driver's license
• Valid passport
• Flexibility for overtime work
• Willingness for domestic and international travel
• Available for flexible hours
