The Field-Product Service Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction for all after sale issues. From the successful installation, through warranty service, preventative maintenance, and operation of desiccant dehumidification and air handling systems within the manufacturing sector. This position is responsible for overseeing field operations, including warranty, aftermarket parts, and field service - managing a team of technicians, and support personnel ensuring that all services are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards. Additionally, this role involves collaborating with clients to provide technical assistance and solutions tailored to their specific needs. Ultimately, the Field-Product Service Manager is key to driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence in HVAC services.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee and coordinate field operations for HVAC installation and maintenance projects.
• Manage a team of field technicians, parts specialists, and customer service providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to optimize equipment performance and longevity.
• Monitor and evaluate field service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications:
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing a team in a field service environment.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Understanding of parts and warranty services.
• Knowledge in service and technical management.
• Experience with project management and customer relationship management.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards.
• Strong communication both external and internal.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, HVAC Technology, or a related field is helpful.
• Proven experience in HVAC installation and maintenance, with a strong understanding of building automation systems is preferred.
