Job Description
Enfinity Global is seeking an experienced and proven solar services technician to perform preventative, corrective and troubleshooting activities on Enfinity’s solar assets across North America. The candidate will be reporting to the Field Services Manager, as this role will also work hand on hand with third party service providers in the assigned assets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Be health, safety and environmental champion at all levels in Enfinity Global and when interacting with vendors and partners.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental compliance with laws, regulations and policies at any time for any Enfinity personnel or third party contractors on site.
• Maintain all necessary trainings, qualifications or certificates to perform the assigned tasks.
• Execute maintenance plans to ensure safety and long term reliability of the solar assets. In some cases, oversee the preparation and execution of maintenance plans by third party service providers.
• Perform equipment troubleshooting on solar plants including, but not limited to, inverters, sensors, trackers, combiner boxes, etc. to ensure safe and timely return to service of faulted equipment
• Utilize CMMS software to understand job assignments.
• Maintain in safe and good working condition all assigned work tool such as hand tools, IT tools, trucks, PPE, etc.
Qualifications
• 8+ years of successful U.S. solar energy industry experience in field services.
• Proven ability of troubleshooting solar equipment and use of software to analyze equipment condition and troubleshooting.
• Proven ability read schematics.
• Proven track record of entrepreneurship within organizations and developing and leading activities.
• Proficient English is a must.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and data analysis skills.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
