Job Description
EMO.energy is seeking a Field Operations Executive Intern in New Delhi and Mumbai to oversee and maintain EV charging infrastructure. Responsibilities include site visits, troubleshooting, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and onboarding fleet drivers. Candidates should have experience with electrical systems, strong communication skills, and be willing to travel. A vehicle is required for this on-field role. This is a paid internship opportunity.
Position: Field Operation Executive
Location: Delhi, Mumbai
Company Overview: We are a dynamic deep-tech startup focused on revolutionizing the future of mobility through the development of a comprehensive end-to-end EV Stack. As we rapidly expand, we are seeking a passionate Field Operation Executive- Intern to join our team and contribute to building innovative solutions that power the future of electric vehicles (EVs).
Responsibilities
• Perform regular on-site visits to assess and ensure the proper functioning of charging hub locations.
• Identify and report any technical issues or malfunctions to the team immediately.
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of charging infrastructure to guarantee uninterrupted service.
• Work closely with the operations team to troubleshoot operational challenges and develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of processes and procedures related to charging infrastructure management.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements at all charging hub locations.
• Onboard fleet drivers to use our charging solution.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in the operation and maintenance of electrical systems, preferably in EV charging infrastructure.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effectively onboarding and training fleet drivers.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment to address operational issues and improve service delivery.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and standards applicable to electrical and charging systems.
• Competency in using technology tools and software for reporting and communication purposes.
• Flexibility to travel to different charging hub locations as required.
• A background in electrical engineering, renewable energy, or a related field is preferred.
Please Note - It is compulsory to have a vehicle since this is an on field sort of a role.
