We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team in the role of a Field Logistics Coordinator. The Field Logistics Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting solar and electrical installation operations by ensuring materials are delivered accurately and on time to job sites. This position is responsible for transporting materials, maintaining warehouse organization, and supporting overall operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Material Transportation & Logistics
• Pick up and deliver solar and electrical materials, equipment, and supplies to and from job sites, suppliers, and company facilities.
• Safely operate company vehicles, including large box trucks and trucks with trailers.
• Ensure all deliveries and pickups are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with the Operations team during weekly scheduling meetings and daily follow-ups.
• Update delivery and material status in company software and systems as required.
Warehouse Operations
• Organize, clean, and maintain warehouse inventory and workspace.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and counting inventory.
• Prepare materials and equipment for upcoming installation projects.
• Ensure materials are properly stored, labeled, and protected.
Vehicle & Equipment Maintenance
• Maintain company vehicles in clean and safe working condition.
• Report maintenance needs, damages, or safety concerns promptly.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Administrative & Support Tasks
• Occasionally pick up or deliver documents to local jurisdictions or offices.
• Assist Operations and Installation teams as needed to support project
completion.
Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Comfortable driving large box trucks and towing trailers.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy materials regularly.
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and loading/unloading materials.
• Ability to work in warehouse and outdoor environments in varying weather conditions.
• Experience in solar, construction, or electrical industries.
• Forklift experience (or willingness to become certified).
• Experience with inventory or field service software (e.g. Coperniq or similar).
Schedule:
• Monday through Friday with the possibility of weekends.
