The Opportunity:

As Field Canvass Manager, you'll lead and develop our existing canvassing team, with a focus on recruiting and training to further expand the team. Your primary goal is generating qualified leads for our solar sales consultants through hands-on leadership and inspiring your team to hit ambitious targets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Team Leadership & Growth: Lead, mentor, and develop our current canvassers. Recruit, hire, and train new members to expand the team. Provide ongoing coaching and performance management.
• Lead Generation: Develop and execute effective canvassing strategies and identify target territories.
• Performance Management: Set and track team/individual KPIs, reporting on performance and lead quality.
• Field Training & Support: Conduct field training and provide on-site coaching. Lead by example.
• Motivation & Culture: Foster a positive, results-driven team environment.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records and communicate progress to management.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and local regulations.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Proven canvassing or field marketing management experience (solar/home improvement preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, coach, and grow a canvassing team.
• Strong leadership, motivation, and communication skills.
• Ability to develop and execute effective canvassing strategies.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and independent.
• CRM familiarity is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Oklahoma-based with local market knowledge.

Compensation:
• Direct Sales: $200 per kW (personally generated leads, if applicable).
• Team Override: $50 per kW override on all team-generated sales.
• Significant earning potential in this performance-driven role.
