Stable Harvest Farm is seeking field hands for its educational farm in Langley, BC. Candidates should have a passion for organic farming and be willing to learn. Responsibilities include maintaining quality standards and participating in various farming tasks. The position is full-time and seasonal, with a pay of CA$21 per hour. Flexibility in workdays is required based on seasonal needs. The job runs from February 15 through November.
Since 2020, Stable Harvest Farm—a non-profit organization—has donated over 360,000 lbs of fresh produce to local communities. We have also educated thousands of children, schools, and families through our on-site educational tours, which teach them where their food comes from and why protecting the environment matters. In 2025, we plan to expand our petting zoo. We also follow regenerative organic farming principles to maintain healthy soil and support biodiversity.

We are looking for field hands to join our team.  The ideal candidate is an individual with a passion to learn about organic or regenerative growing methods of produce.

Experience in farming is helpful but is not essential if the candidate is eager to learn about farm life. environment!

asks and Responsibilities
• Maintain the farm’s high standards of quality and cleanliness.
• Participate in various tasks related to seeding, transplanting, harvesting, weeding, and cultivating.
• Handle post-harvest tasks such as washing, processing, and storage.
• Take advantage of opportunities to apply your skills on our 65-acre educational farm.

Eligibility requirements
• Physical ability to carry out farm task and work in all weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to uphold quality standards.
• Ability to work effectively independently as well as in a team setting.
• Passion for organic, regenerative farming.
• Must be able to work in Canada.

Work Week: 40 hours+/- based on seasonal requirements

Workdays: typically Monday-Friday, can require flexibility for other days of the week depending on seasonal requirements

Term: Jobs available from February 15 thru November. (Flexible start)

Compensation: Hourly $21.00/ hour, may be adjusted, commensurate with experience.
