Job Responsibilities:
Roles:
The Facility Project Coordinator - Energy Sustainability Champion will be responsible for assessing the facility's resource requirements, designing and optimizing the facility's layout and critical operational systems, and overseeing the maintenance of infrastructure and equipment. Areas include exterior site features, buildings, mechanical systems, HVAC, power distribution, building automation, lighting, emergency power, etc... Responsible for and control of all Facility drawings, layouts, utility requirements, and ISO system development. Responsible for on-site project coordination and construction leadership and the Safety of contractors. Responsible for following the document control policies and procedures as it relates to the facility. Responsible for analyzing and collecting all data required for the sustainability key indicators from your division for HSELinx, Magna sustainability report and the sustainability dashboards. They will deek innovation solutions to waste, water, and energy reductions.
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED required
TECHNICAL TRAINING: Basics Energy Measurement; Basics of Calculation Energy Demand; Mafact 6.10 Energy Reduction Questionnaire; Journyman Electrician
OTHER: Excellent PC skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office suite required; Energy Sustainability Management (preferred); Energy Regulations (preferred); Energy Audits (preferred); Engineering (preferred); Environmental (preferred) Project Management (managing contractors, schedules, budgets, creating scope of work) Schneider PME System, Ingersoll Rand ASC Control System, Atlas CopCo Optimizer Control System
