Environmental Services Coordinator Job Description:

The Environmental Services Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate housekeeping activities to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
• Manage inventory and supplies to ensure efficient operations.
• Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure high standards are maintained.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement.
• Communicate with patients and staff to ensure their needs are met.

Requirements:

A high school diploma or equivalent education is required. Two years of experience in housekeeping, hotel, patient transport, or healthcare service providing similar duties is preferred. One year of management, coordination, or lead experience is also necessary. Proficiency in general computer skills utilizing health system software programs is required.
