FPA & ESG Controller

The role

As our FP&A and ESG Controller, you'll play a pivotal role in combining financial planning and analysis (FP&A) with environmental, social, and governance (ESG) responsibilities. You will develop and improve budgeting, financial projections, and long-term operating forecasts, while analysing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, expenses, capex, and profitability. Your expertise will be crucial in building and coordinating (financial) reports for senior management and external stakeholders, developing (financial) models to support strategic initiatives, and ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.

In the ESG domain, you will manage carbon reporting and disclosure, prepare for the EU’s CSRD, and implement ESG policies. You will perform risk assessments, analyze data, and collaborate with teams to integrate ESG into the risk management framework.
