KBW Financial Staffing and Recruiting has partnered with a privately held industrial organization in Southern New Hampshire who is seeking a sharp and motivated Financial Analyst to support financial operations, executive planning, and growth strategy initiatives. This is a high-impact role reporting directly to senior leadership and offers broad exposure across finance, operations, and strategic projects, including M&A.

About the Role:

The Financial Analyst will play a key role in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis across core business functions. The ideal candidate will be analytically driven, highly organized, and capable of managing both routine reporting and project-based financial initiatives. This position supports forward-looking business planning and strategic decision-making across multiple functions and departments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct financial analysis and develop models for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, business trend summaries, and operational insights
• Analyze manufacturing and operational data to support cost analysis, pricing decisions, and efficiency improvements
• Support due diligence efforts and financial evaluations for potential mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures
• Partner with leadership on project prioritization, KPI tracking, and business case development
• Prepare executive-level presentations and analysis packages for internal stakeholders

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in financial analysis or a similar role
• Strong Excel skills, including the ability to build and maintain complex financial models
• Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with high attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including discretion and professionalism
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives or M&A processes is a plus

Location: On-site in Southern New Hampshire – greater, Nashua, NH area
