Your key responsibilities will include: Structured cross functional development programme for you to become a impactful business leader.

What are we looking for?
• Graduated with Bachelor or Master’s degree (must be graduated on or after 2023). Can be a final year student, fresh graduate or a professional (graduated from university in the last 3 years) with maximum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Demonstrated strong leadership capabilities via extra-curricular activities
• Outstanding communication skills, strong interpersonal, team building and negotiation skills
• Upbeat, resilient, self-motivated, result-driven, highly adaptable and able to work independently
