Expert Project Leader, Climate & Sustainability​/Energy

Sigma Earth is seeking an Expert Project Leader for Climate & Sustainability in Baltimore, MD. The role involves advising Oil & Gas clients on ESG Strategy, Decarbonization, and Climate Strategy in the Middle East. Candidates should have over 6 years of relevant experience, strong project management skills, and excellent communication abilities. The position requires occasional travel to client sites and is a full-time role.

What You’ll Do

As an Expert Project Leader in BCG’s Climate and Sustainability Practice, you will be a key member of our team, collaborating with some of the brightest minds in the industry to shape the climate agenda across our practice. You will work on challenging projects alongside colleagues from diverse backgrounds, advising clients on a variety of topics, including:
• Supporting Oil & Gas clients on ESG Strategy, Decarbonization, Energy Transition, and renewable energy initiatives.
• Developing Climate Strategy:
Setting ambitious climate goals, identifying new opportunities, and defining a clear roadmap to execute net-zero strategies and measure emissions.
• Providing expertise on Climate & Sustainability projects for key Energy clients across the Middle East region.
• Contributing to client cases, workshops, and proposals, while occasionally traveling to client sites during staffing assignments to gather client requirements and develop tailored solutions.

What You’ll Bring
