Position Overview

We are seeking an Experienced Residential Construction Project Manager to oversee the construction of custom homes from start to finish. This role requires a seasoned professional with at least 10 years of residential construction experience who thrives in managing fine details, budgets, trade relationships, and client expectations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and capable of independently managing multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities
• Project Oversight: Independently manage the construction of custom homes, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are met.
• Budget & Cost Management: Track and control project costs, manage budgets, approve invoices, and work with clients on selections and cost decisions.
• Trade & Vendor Coordination: Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring quality craftsmanship and adherence to schedules.
• Site Management: Oversee daily site operations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure all work meets high standards of quality and compliance.
• Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, guiding them through the build process, managing expectations, and resolving concerns.
• House Specifications & Details: Ensure all home specifications and selections are documented and executed accurately in the field.
• Problem Solving: Quickly identify and resolve challenges related to design, materials, or schedules to keep projects on track.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to building codes, permits, and job site safety requirements.

Qualifications & Skills
• 10+ years of residential construction experience (custom home experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of home building processes, construction methods, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering plans.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors effectively.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of construction quality standards.
• Proficiency in construction management software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining collaboration with team members and clients.
