Responsibilities
• Conduct environmental due diligence, regulatory compliance services, and permitting.

• Evaluate brownfields and contaminated sites, developing risk-based corrective action measures and remediation plans.

• Implement remedial pilot tests and systems, including vendor selection and supervision of field teams.
,
• Manage tasks and projects, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
,
• Mentor junior staff and manage subcontractors.
,
• Develop work plans, evaluate data, and write reports.
,
• Prepare technical documents, including reports, plans, and proposals.
,
• Coordinate with federal, state, and local regulatory agencies.
,
• Analyze data and prepare visual representations such as maps and tables.
,
• Participate in meetings with clients and regulatory personnel.
,
• Engage in business development to attract new clients and maintain existing relationships.

• Conduct fieldwork, including environmental sampling and oversight of remediation systems.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in geology or environmental, civil, or chemical engineering (required).

• At least 7 years of direct environmental consulting experience or equivalent education and experience (required).

• Experience with multi-disciplinary project teams (required).

• Proven leadership skills (required).

• Willingness to learn and succeed in business development (required).

• Current OSHA 40-hr HAZWOPER training and refreshers (preferred).

• Valid U.S. driver's license and satisfactory driving record for business travel (required).

• Advanced degree in geology or environmental engineering (preferred).

• Professional registration obtained or in process (i.e., P.E. or P.G.) (preferred).
