About the position

Lincoln International is seeking Analysts to join our rapidly growing Energy, Power, and Infrastructure (specifically, Energy Transition/Renewable Energy) M&A practice in Cleveland, Ohio. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a demanding, yet supportive, team-oriented environment. The Analyst will serve as the analytical anchor for their deal team, responsible for preparing, completing, and ensuring the accuracy of all financial modeling and analysis. They will interpret the results of their financial analysis, pose questions, and draw conclusions, playing a critical role in the preparation of client presentations. In addition to financial modeling, the Analyst will prepare marketing materials for sell-side and buy-side M&A assignments, identify potential acquirers/targets, conduct industry and company-specific research, ensure the accuracy and quality of all presentation materials, support the due diligence process, interact with clients regularly, attend client meetings, and support the marketing activities of the firm as they relate to an industry or engagement. The firm emphasizes a unique, flexible culture that rewards initiative, allowing Analysts to develop as quickly as they are capable. Responsibilities are limited only by ability rather than by a formal job description, providing high levels of exposure to senior professionals within the firm and unparalleled client interaction.
