About the position

The California Council of Land Trusts (CCLT) is seeking a collaborative, versatile, and strategic Executive Director to lead conservation efforts across California. This position is pivotal in advancing the mission of CCLT through thought leadership, policy advocacy, funding support, and educational initiatives on behalf of the land trust community. The Executive Director will be responsible for empowering a network of over 70 land trusts, ensuring they can act cohesively across both urban and rural landscapes in California. Responsibilities

Requirements
• Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably within a nonprofit or conservation organization.
