Job Description

WWF-Singapore is hiring an Executive for Member Experience & Tele Fundraising. This hybrid role involves engaging with members through various communication channels, enhancing their connection to conservation efforts, and supporting fundraising initiatives. The position requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for nature. The working hours are 9:30am to 6:30pm, five days a week, with one Saturday scheduled monthly.

Reports to: Team Leader, Member Experience and Retention

Location: Singapore, Hybrid

Working hours: 9:30am – 6:30pm (40 hours per week), 5-day workweek with one Saturday scheduled each month

What You’ll Do
Be the Voice & Heart of WWF

You’ll support members via phone, email, WhatsApp and more — responding to their enquiries, performing account updates and servicing them in ways to stay connected to the cause.

Turn Supporters into Lifelong Champions

Through thoughtful conversations, personalized content, and moments of delight, you’ll help members feel truly valued — and deeply connected to WWF’s impact.

Bring WWF to Life Through Experiences

From member orientations and nature walks to webinars and behind‑the‑scenes conservation stories, you’ll create moments that make members proud to be part of something bigger.

Shape the Future of Member Engagement

Your insights from member interactions will help improve our communication, retention, and elevate every step of the member journey.

Treating Donor Data with Care & Integrity

Your careful handling of donor information ensures that every update and interaction isaccurate, respectful, and aligned with WWF’s data‑protection standards —helping us build trust and deepen the relationships that sustain our mission.

A Little Tele Fundraising Power

Some days, you’ll be acquiring new supporters, bringing back lapsed supporters or inspiring loyal donors to rally behind urgent appeals - inviting people to stand with nature.

What You Bring
• A people‑first approach and excellent communication skills
• Experience in customer experience, tele sales, or engagement
• Strong English; Mandarin is a plus
• Comfort with CRM platforms, digital tools, and emerging AI technologies
• Empathy, energy, adaptability — and a genuine passion for nature
