Events and Production Assistant

Snaphunt is hiring an Events and Production Assistant in Pasig, Metro Manila. The role involves managing event production logistics, technical setups, and coordinating with vendors. Ideal Candidate
• Responsibilities:

1. Perform legwork of overall event production [implementation, and technical management oversight of on-site, off-site and hybrid events]
• Keep track of the schedule of events and prepare ahead the logistics and admin requirements
• Prepare permits and clearances
• Prepare program and event sequence
• Assist the team with technical setup (e.g., sound system, lights, cameras, etc.)
• Handle production design required for each event
• Assist in doing technical run-throughs with the hosts, project leads and management committee
• Ensure the seamless execution and flow of operations from ingress to egress
• Discuss the results (green and red flags) of executions to concerned parties
• Coordinate with vendors the requirements needed for each event
