Event Facilities Assistant – Corporate Suites (Intern)

Responsibilities:
• Complete detailed planning of facilities with Contractor.
• Coordinate database updates of Corporate Suite requirements.
• Documentation during the build-up, operational & Dismantling phases for the Corporate Suites.
• Undertake inspections of Corporate Suites and associated Facilities.
• Ability to read and interpret basic construction drawings and schematics.
• Have an eye for detail; accuracy and attention to detail in all work and show initiative in developing new ideas.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the capacity to deal professionally and confidently with a diverse range of people (Project team/Client/Contractors etc.,) at all levels.

Requirements:
• College of Engineering.
• Ability to communicate fluently in both written and spoken English is mandatory.
• Ability to speak Mandarin or another Asian language would be a bonus but not a requirement.
• Contract Period: 14 July to 14 Nov 2025
