About the Role

This estimator role is responsible for developing estimates for water damage restoration services using Xactimate and other estimating software.
Key Responsibilities:
• Generating initial scopes and documenting losses through photographs and uploading them into our operating system.
• Creating mitigation estimates using Xactimate and other estimating software.
• Communicating effectively with clients and insurance companies to ensure that all necessary documentation is completed.
• Managing estimate exceptions in a timely manner.
• Recording drying processes using mobile software.
• Determining labor and equipment costs.
• Acting as a liaison between clients and insurance companies.
Requirements
