Job Description

Talent Steer is seeking an Estate Manager for a luxury residential property in Hyderabad. The role involves overseeing operations, maintenance, vendor management, financial oversight, health and safety compliance, and tenant engagement. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and over 10 years of facility management experience. This is a full-time onsite position offering competitive compensation and benefits.

• Job Purpose

The Estate/Facility Manager will spearhead seamless operations and maintenance of our luxury

residential property. An ideal candidate possesses a robust electrical or mechanical engineering

background coupled with substantial facility management tenure.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations and Maintenance:

Supervise day-to-day operations and maintenance of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other

pivotal systems.

Establish proactive maintenance protocols to uphold equipment e ciency and longevity.

Ensure swift resolution of maintenance emergencies and requests.
• Vendor Liaison:

Cultivate strong relationships with external vendors and service providers.

Negotiate contracts and monitor compliance with service-level agreements.

Conduct periodic vendor performance evaluations.
• Financial Oversight:

Develop and manage the facility budget, emphasizing cost-e ciency and adherence to nancial

parameters.

• 10+ years of experience in facility management, particularly in upscale residential properties.
• Profound utility management knowledge in large building operations
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven aptitude in team management and collaboration across departments.
• Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
