Environmental and Safety Specialist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled HSE Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating, implementing, and monitoring health, safety, and environmental processes at various project locations.

Main Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive EHS assessments and recommend corrective measures for unsafe conditions
• Provide training and education to personnel on EHS requirements
• Coordinate subcontractor EHS protocols and vendor personnel working on projects
• Accompany injured employees to treatment and ensure all EHS protocols are followed
• Administer the Company's Drug-Free Workplace Policy
• Facilitate orientation of all project employees to EHS practices

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• CHST (Construction Health & Safety Technician) Certification preferred
• Less than 3 years of experience in construction safety field
• Some travel required
