Environmental and Health Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HS&E Trainee to join our team at Buccellati. As a valued member of our organization, you will contribute to the achievement of our sustainability goals by implementing and maintaining a robust safety culture and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the development and implementation of our HS&E policies, conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks. In addition, you will be responsible for developing and monitoring Sustainability KPIs and ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

To succeed in this role, you will require a strong foundation in engineering or environmental science, with a solid understanding of HSE regulations and experience in a similar field. Fluency in Italian and English is essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.

You will work closely with our HS&E Manager to implement and maintain our safety culture, and will be expected to travel to other Ateliers to supervise activities and provide support as needed.
