The role requires the ability to develop and implement economic empowerment projects that integrate climate resilience and environmental sustainability, create strategies to enhance cooperatives, vocational training programs, and youth employment initiatives, and develop green business models that align with climate change adaptation and sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement economic empowerment projects that integrate climate resilience and environmental sustainability.
• Create strategies to enhance cooperatives, vocational training programs, and youth employment initiatives.
• Develop green business models that align with climate change adaptation and sustainability goals.
• Conduct business revenue analysis, market trends assessment, and buyer sourcing to strengthen economic and environmental projects.
• Identify investment opportunities for sustainable agriculture, renewable energy, and eco-friendly enterprises.

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Development Studies, Environmental Science, or a related field (advanced studies are a plus).
• At least 5 – 8 years of experience in business development, market research, project management, or economic planning.
• Proven expertise in business revenue analysis, market research, and buyer engagement.
• Strong knowledge of fisheries, agriculture, cooperatives, eco-tourism, youth employment, and vocational training.
• Experience in climate-resilient business development, green finance, carbon markets, or sustainable enterprise management.
