Your primary responsibility will be to help clients understand and manage their climate change issues related to new regulatory requirements, rising stakeholder concerns, and opportunities for cost reduction and revenue generation.

This is a dynamic position that requires a deep understanding of environmental regulations, including CERCLA, RCRA, EPCRA, Clean Air Act, and Endangered Species Act. About the Job

As an Environmental and Climate Change Advisor, you will be responsible for advising clients on technical sustainability reporting and advisory capabilities. You will work closely with team members and clients to influence strategy, balancing risk and client expectations. Your ability to communicate complex information effectively will be essential in this role, as you will need to convey clients' needs and expectations to the engagement team.

You will also be responsible for building relationships with colleagues across multiple service lines to provide seamless integrated service. This will require exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others. Additionally, you will need to manage performance and identify opportunities to improve our products and processes.

Your success will be measured by your ability to deliver high-quality client services while maintaining long-term client relationships and networks. Key Responsibilities
• Provide expert advice on climate change and sustainability services to clients

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field and 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate work experience
• Experience with Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), Accountability, ISO 14064, or Enablon
• Experience enabling Enablon, SAP, or ERP software for large complex organizations
• Implementing software to track EHS and climate change initiatives for clients
• Certification/accreditation or sufficient coursework/experience requirements to obtain certification within one year of hire in one of the following: APICS CSCP, CA, CPA, CAP, CBIP, CC-P, CEM, CFA, CFA ESG, CFE, CHMM, CIA, CIH/CAIH, CISA, CMA, CPA, CPEA, CPG, CSDP, CSP, CSSGB, GARP, GHG Verifier, GRI, ISSP-CSP, SEP, ISSP-SA, SEA, LEED, PE, PMP, or SASB
