Environmental Waste Coordinator

ESA is hiring an Environmental Waste Coordinator in El Dorado, AR. This temporary position may lead to full-time employment after a 520-hour probation. Responsibilities include managing waste manifests, conducting inspections, and data entry. Candidates should be detail-oriented with a background in waste management preferred. FOR WASTE

Download and/or scan Manifests from TSDF and input onto shared folder

Correct Manifest in EPA RCRA website to reflect correct codes/weights

Contact TSDF on any manifest discrepancies

Pick Up Manifest from guard shacks at all 3 sites weekly

Match manifests on TSDF portal with hard copies

File hard copies of Manifests

Input and update KPI data onto Manifest tracking spreadsheet

Perform field inspections on roll-offs, 90 day, Satellite Accumulation Areas, and Universal Waste at all 3 sites – as needed to cover shortages

Assist on other duties as needed
