Job Summary

Are you ready to work hands-on in the field, making a difference in environmental safety and remediation? We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Environmental Field Technician to join our team. You’ll be part of various remediation and industrial maintenance projects, ensuring that all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities
• Perform fieldwork for remediation and industrial maintenance projects under direct or indirect supervision.
• Accurately complete job-specific paperwork, including timesheets, daily reports, driver logs, and safety meeting forms.
• Follow the detailed scope of work for each project to ensure strict compliance with contracts, schedules, and corporate policies.
• Adhere to safety standards during all phases of project work.
• Work in confined spaces and varying dimensions, involving physical activity such as squatting and crawling for extended periods.
• Safely operate vehicles and perform required safety checks.
• Be prepared to travel for projects, including extended stays of two weeks or more.
• Work outdoors year-round in various weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and hazardous environments.
• Perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, walking, crouching, and lifting up to 50 pounds or more.
• Maintain a clean-shaven face for proper respirator use when necessary.

Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience in emergency response, manual labor, general construction, or industrial cleaning is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• TWIC certification preferred.
• OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER and Confined Space Entry certifications are a plus but not required.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check, substance screening, and ongoing employment verifications.
