• Sustainable Finance Expert*

We are looking for a highly skilled Associate to join our Sustainable Finance team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ESG and sustainable finance-related matters and a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, investor demands, transaction strategies, and voluntary reporting frameworks.

In this role, you will work closely with clients to provide advice on transactional agreements, due diligence, and compliance. You will also analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

To be successful in this position, you should have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school and 6-8 years of experience in ESG and sustainable finance-related matters.
