Job Description: As a Sustainment Manager at DAWSON, you will be responsible for managing the inventory of raw materials and finished goods, coordinating with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery, and providing insight into warehouse operations to optimize inventory management. You will also analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement, generate reports on production performance, and provide recommendations for process enhancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Resource Management, Environmental Sciences, or a related field, as well as previous experience in management, environmental regulatory compliance, facility management, or other related fields. You will also need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent organizational and time management abilities, proficiency in production planning software, and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
