About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Sustainability Technician, responsible for managing all waste streams to minimize waste and increase recycling.

The Opportunity:
• To make a meaningful impact on the environment by reducing waste and promoting sustainability in our operations.
• To work collaboratively with our team to achieve our environmental goals.

Responsibilities:
• Sort all waste to maximize recycling.
• Setup and maintain recycling bins at equipment to allow for easy separation of like goods.
• Operate compactors and baling equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
• Load recycle product onto trailers and coordinate pickup of all recycle streams.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
• A high level of mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Physical ability to handle and move press carts, rolls, cylinders, and other materials required for the successful completion of the job.
