Environmental Sustainability Specialist

beBee Careers is seeking an Environmental Sustainability Specialist in Jefferson, WI. Responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local regulations, conducting internal audits for EHS effectiveness, leading safety training initiatives, and supporting strategic EHS initiatives. This is a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and report on adherence to OSHA, EPA, WDNR, DOT, and local regulations.
• Internal Audits: Conduct internal audits to ensure EHS programs are effective and compliant.
• Safety Training: Lead regional training efforts for EHS-related activities.
• Strategic Initiatives: Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives related to EHS.
