Environmental Sustainability Specialist

beBee Careers is seeking an Environmental Sustainability Specialist in Irapuato, Mexico. The role involves supporting environmental and health initiatives across North and Central America, focusing on contractor management, compliance, training development, and database maintenance. Candidates should be advanced English speakers and industrial engineering students with strong communication and document management skills. This is a full-time position, not remote.
As a Quality, Environmental and Health Systems Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of programs that promote responsible use of natural resources.

You will be part of our Market Area, North and Central America, QEHS team, providing support to Mexico, Canada, and Central America initiatives.

The responsibilities of this position include:
• Supporting Contractor Management development program for North & Central America
• Reviewing and preparing information for USA and Canada Customer Safety Compliance platforms
• Developing local trainings based on needs
• Preparing and maintaining procedures and documents
• Supporting DC3 accreditation and certification programs and implementation in México
• Controlling and maintaining basic QEHS database
• Preparing reports and presentations

To succeed in this role, you should have:
• An advanced level of English
• Industrial/ Administrator Engineer student of last semesters
• Excellent communication and document management skills
• Good knowledge and excellent management of programs such as Excel, Word, and Power Point
• Ability to work on different projects at the same time and to prioritize
• Excellent ability to interact, communicate and cooperate with members of the QEHS team and other company teams
