Job Description:
As a Groundwater Resource Manager, you will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure an adequate supply of groundwater for Delawareans. This role involves collaborating with federal and state partners to resolve conflicts with competing water users and emerging contaminants.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct field studies and inspections to evaluate compliance with permit and regulatory requirements
• Analyze and interpret data from standard field studies, compliance inspections, and regulatory submissions
• Makes recommendations on permit applications and other regulatory submissions to ensure compliance with regulations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
A Master's degree in an environmentally related scientific discipline is required. The ideal candidate will have five years of experience in environmental or natural resources project management, including planning, developing, implementing, managing, and evaluating projects. Additionally, the candidate should have five years of experience in analyzing and evaluating scientific data, as well as interpreting environmental laws, rules, regulations, standards, policies, and procedures.
