Lululemon Athletica seeks a Senior Impact Risk and Disclosure Manager in Kelowna, BC, to develop and implement strategies for managing environmental, social, and governance (ESG) risks. Job Summary
The Senior Impact Risk and Disclosure Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to manage environmental, social, and governance (ESG) risks across our value chain. This includes assessing and mitigating climate change risks, ensuring transparency in our supply chain, and fostering a culture of sustainability within our organization.
This role will require strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive sustainability initiatives forward. • Maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, NGOs, and government agencies.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as environmental science, sustainability, or business.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in ESG risk management, with a focus on climate change and sustainability.
• Proven track record of success in developing and implementing ESG risk management strategies.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
