Peyton Resource Group is seeking an Environmental Sustainability Manager to oversee onsite activities related to waste management, coordinate personnel, and liaise with clients and vendors. Responsibilities include managing financial obligations and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and four years of experience. This is a full-time position based in Alcoa, TN.

About the Environmental Project Manager Role
• Main Responsibilities:
• Direct and plan all onsite activities at client locations related to waste storage, transportation, and disposal.
• Manage and coordinate activities of onsite personnel.
• Serve as liaison between clients and vendors regarding service issues and contract management.
• Maintain established safety and environmental standards.

Additional Responsibilities:
• Administer client and vendor financial obligations.
• Ensure site personnel are properly trained to perform assigned duties and comply with safety regulations.
• Supervise operations-level employees.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Sciences, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• Four years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
