Environmental Sustainability Manager

Nityo Infotech Services Philippines is seeking an Environmental Sustainability Manager to support local sustainability and tender teams. Responsibilities include managing ESG documents, overseeing rating management, and collaborating on sustainability initiatives. Candidates should have at least 3 years of managerial experience and 1 year in ESG roles. This is a full-time position based in Taguig, Metro Manila.
About the Role

We are looking for an experienced ESG Associate to join our team at Nityo Infotech Services Philippines. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our local sustainability teams and tender teams, as well as managing customer-facing and internal ESG documents.

Responsibilities and Deliverables
• Develop and maintain customer-facing and internal ESG documents (sales support)
• Ensure accurate and timely management of customer questionnaires
• Leverage industry expertise to oversee rating management (EcoVadis, CDP, ISS ESG)
• Collaborate with local sustainability teams to drive sustainability initiatives
• Support tender teams with training and presentation development

Requirements and Qualifications
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in managerial roles
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in ESG-related roles
