Safety and Environmental Compliance Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled individual to oversee the development of standard processes for our Global Workplace Health, Safety and Environment team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the implementation of HSE products, ensuring compliance with global standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and prioritize user stories.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into requirements.
• Analyze system-wide issues and recommend solutions to senior leaders.
• Develop training documentation to ensure teams have the necessary skills to use the HSE system.
• Partner with Change Management and Communications to develop effective adoption strategies.
• Present key metrics and project risks to senior leadership.
• Maintain compliance with ISO 45001 and 14001 regulations.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in workplace health, safety and environment management.
• Knowledge of Environment Health and Safety (ISO 14001) and Occupational Health Safety Management Systems (ISO 45001).
• Global perspective and understanding of cultural nuances.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in managing the roll out of global tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
