Job Overview

The Environmental Sustainability Manager is responsible for leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of a proactive environmentally compliant culture within Arrowhead Products. This role provides leadership and expertise in all areas of Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) compliance, fostering a culture of sustainability and minimizing environmental impact.

Main Responsibilities
• Develop and implement EH&S policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with state and local regulations.
• Collaborate with management and employees to identify and mitigate environmental risks.
• Design and implement training programs to educate employees on EH&S best practices.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, incidents, and compliance data.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in environmental science, engineering, or a related field.
