Sustainability Role Overview

This position leads the global design and implementation for sustainability programs focusing on consumer products. The role drives sustainable product improvement, measurement, and communications across global businesses.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and deploy strategy, plans, and training programs to create more sustainable products with internal teams, suppliers, and licensees.
• Work with cross-functional teams to align with strategy, licensing, brand, creative, packaging, product development, legal, supply chain, and other key stakeholder teams.
• Lead engagement programs with licensees to help them understand scope 3 emissions and set their own Science-Based Targets.
• Ensure alignment among various teams working on sustainability initiatives (materials, packaging, product integrity).
