The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in environmental and product sustainability, with a strong preference for experience in the RV, marine, and manufacturing industries. You will collaborate across business units to embed sustainability into the company's culture and product lifecycle, developing and executing comprehensive strategies that enhance environmental compliance and align with long-term sustainability goals.

Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute environmental and product sustainability strategies
• Ensure environmental compliance through robust control systems and processes
• Lead data management and disclosure for ESG reporting
• Advance emissions reduction goals through sustainability programs
• Integrate sustainability into product innovation and lifecycle management

Required Qualifications:
• Proven leadership with 10+ years of experience in environmental sustainability and compliance
• Strong preference for experience in RV, marine, and/or manufacturing industries
• Strategic and technical expertise in environmental management systems and regulatory compliance
• Experience integrating environmental sustainability into product development and lifecycle management
• ESG and data proficiency, including GHG Protocol and emissions calculations
